The workshop is about entrepreneur psychology. Every entrepreneur can take a quick test to know his own entrepreneurial personality.Then we will go over the different entrepreneur personalities and understand the strengths and weaknesses of each. The workshop will also cover the characteristics entrepreneurs need to have or work on for them to succeed. The workshop will then focus on the founding team and the essential roles to have in the startups as well how to work with co-founder with different entrepreneurial personalities. Which personalities work well-together and which personalities are very different and hence we need to understand how to work together with our differences. Therefore, how the diverse team can drive the startup forward instead of failing.
