Hi, I'm Ahmed Farouk – an individual who has worked both on-screen and behind the curtain.
As a bilingual talent, I’ve hosted shows, commentated, MC'd events, and also worked as a project manager, judge, and community manager.
In my work as an on-air talent, I’ve covered multiple titles – 13 to be exact – including 4 world-level events and countless offline tournaments. I also enjoy creating content online every now and then in my free time.
On the management side, I’ve been part of international organizations across the globe, including INAGE HQ in London, CCA in the US, and more. Most recently, I’ve also joined the judging panel for ISBC.
My name is Kareem Hatem, and I am a sports entrepreneur and marketing professional with a passion for building projects that connect people through sports. I’m the founder and owner of HPadel, a leading padel facility located at Cairo International Stadium. With HPadel, I’ve created more than just courts — I’ve built a space where players, brands, and fans come together through tournaments, events, and community activations.
Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I’ve built my career in sports marketing and business development, helping sports brands and organizations grow by blending creative ideas with strong commercial strategies. I focus on creating impactful partnerships, driving fan engagement, and positioning sports ventures for long-term success.
For me, sports are more than just games — they’re platforms for community, opportunity, and innovation. My goal is to continue shaping the sports ecosystem in Egypt by making it more accessible, fostering young talent, and developing meaningful collaborations between brands and athletes.
Being both a business owner and a marketing expert gives me a unique perspective: I understand what it takes to run sustainable ventures while also knowing how to tell their story and amplify their impact. I’m excited to keep pushing the boundaries of how sports can inspire, connect, and grow.
